△ General Conditions △

▶ I have the right to refuse any Commission or Request for any reason - I will refuse any Commission that goes against my Terms

▶ You may re-upload any/all art you receive from me on any site. Please always credit me (GreyscaleKaiju @ Furaffinity) You may, however, not edit the drawing in any way. If there is something I can fix, please let me know.

▶ I will provide the sketch before I begin lining a drawing, if there is anything you'd like fixed please let me know then. I am not a fan of erasing and redoing my lineart if it can be helped. As a sketch, anything can be changed within reason. I will not begin lining until you confirm that you approve of the sketch. In the case of no replies, please see below:

▶ I try to keep open communication at all times. If you fall out of communication for an unnecessarily long amount of time I will stop all work until I receive a reply. If this happens more than once, without a really good reason, I will block you and will not do any work for you from that point on.
Note: Life does get to people and things do happen. I'm not going to fault you if you have a genuine reason.

▶ If you break any of my major rules you risk being blocked instantly - depending on the severity. Be happy if I give you a warning because I will never give two.

△ Payments & Refunds △

▶ All payments will be through Paypal Invoicing and will be upfront before I begin the commission. I will allow payment plans on anything that goes over $200. (A complete payment till be required before any finished product is provided) Please do not directly send me money.

▶ All payments will be through USD. Paypal will instantly convert to USD, so no worries.

▶ In terms of adopts and auctions, all payments must be made within 24 hours of me sending the invoice. If the invoice is not paid, I will put the design back up for adoption. Again, as before, if above $200 I do offer payment plans.

▶ I do not provide refunds once I begin the drawing. Especially don't ask for a refund after I've finished the drawing - that's just rude and I will immediately block you. Please have your financials in order before commissioning me. If it is an emergency, however, please let me know and we can work something out.

▶ However, if I am not able to complete a commission, I will immediately notify you, the commissioner, as to why and will offer a full refund.

△ What I Will & Will Not Draw △

▶ I can and will gladly draw any of the following :
Monsters/DragonsAnthros / Ferals / and HumanoidsAny species including closed/open/original speciesCharacters with any body types. (This does not include Fat-Fetish body types - as you will see below)Minor or Tasteful Nudity aka Non-Sexual Nudity (I will only do so if you, the commissioner, is over 18+. And don't lie about this sort of thing, I will block you. And yes, I am serious about this)Minor Guro / Gore themes. (Caution : I am not used to drawing this, but I am not against it)

▶I do NOT and WILL NOT Draw anything that falls under the following themes:
Homophobia / Transphobia / or Anything Generally Anti-LGBTQ+. Racism in any way - including, but not limited to - stereotypes, violent racism, racist depictions, discrimination, etc.Anything discriminatory in general including, but not limited to: Race, Religion, Sex/Gender, Identity, Nationality, Disability, etc. Anything NSFW featuring underage characters, this includes characters that even look underage as well. I don't care if they're "technically an adult", it makes me super uncomfortable. Just, no.Anything fetish related. This includes, but not limited to: Vore, Scat/Watersports, Fat-fetish (I can draw larger characters but if they start looking like balloon porn, I'm out) Age-play (please see above). There is more, obviously, but I'm not looking up fetishes just to list them here.Most things that fall under the classification of Not Safe for Work. I can draw tasteful nudity but will not draw explicitly Sexual situations. (Will I in the future? Maybe?)Anything depicting self-harm. Anything featuring real people.

If you are unsure if something may fall under my list of NOs, please just ask. I can assure you I won't bite! Also know I most likely haven't listed everything possible here so please don't feel bad if I say no to something. ( I will always try to give you a reason as to why I denied the commission )
